Customer Reviews

Our strategy hasn’t really changed since we opened our doors: offer our clients the highest quality products at the best possible value. Add in great customer service and you have a recipe that works no matter what type of economy we’re in. We pride ourselves on offering not only the best products, but having the best employees who take the time to listen to the customer and give them exactly what they need.

We’ve helped over 15,000 fellow San Diegans select just the right hot tub to fit their needs. Here are some comments from just a few…

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the group at Champagne Spas. Karen and the entire staff continue to take care of this rookie spa owner and I appreciate them every time I step into my luxurious spa. Thanks Gang !

Karen Crowley and the crew at Champagne Spas bent over backwards to help us get the spa of our dreams VERY quickly and at a great price. The install was effortless and it runs like a Swiss watch! When I broke a small piece one phone call handled the problem like I owned the company. We were back soaking in no time! Great Job Champagne Spas!
